The house Avena, was something else for us. The desires of the client almost %80 matched our style of interest. that's why this project soon became one of our favorite projects yet. The villa is placed in the green capitol of the country, Mazandaran, and it makes the construction really hard because of the high level of underground waters.

But we went through with it and managed and constructed it with the highest standards according to the Urban office standards and the  climate requirements.

We've designed wide and tall openings to get the best use out of the site's geographical placement due to receive most useful natural light of the sun.

Modern and Minimalistic design of the interior atmosphere, delivers the feeling of Luxury and comfort.
